- Please return this Application form duly filled in and signed, along with the following documents:
- Three recent passport size photographs (one pasted on the Reg. Form)
- Attested photocopy of Date of Birth Certificate of the candidate, issued by the Registrar of Deaths & Births (Municipality). No Affidavit will be accepted in place of Date of Birth Certificate.
- Bonafide Certificate & attested Report Card (from std. 1st onwards)
- Copy of Aadhar Card.
- The Form, duly completed in all respects should be submitted Online on 30th November between, 9 am to 1 pm. No form will be accepted after the above stated date and time.
- For Nursery, fees for registration is Rs 800 and Age limit for Candidate is Date of birth from 1st April 2021 to 31st March 2022.
- Admission to the other classes, other than Nursery, will depend on the availability of seats.
- While returning this form, please note the date for visit to the school with the child overleaf.
- Principal's decision will be final & binding with regard to the selection & the admission for the applied Class. No further discussion regarding the same will be entertained.
- This Registration does not guarantee admission of the child. Admission
will be decided on the basis of the eligibility of the child.
- The interview will be conducted only on the date & time as specified.
- Recommendations or pressure tactics will lead to disqualifications of the child.
- This form will be used only for the class as mentioned/indicated above.
- Incomplete form will not be considered/accepted.
